Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and Assistant Sub-Inspector in
CISF Examination, 2019 – Declaration of Result of Paper-II to call
candidates for Medical Examination- reg.

Result of PET/PST of SI in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI in CISF
Examination, 2019 was declared by the Commission on 04.06.2021, wherein
5446 male and 508 female candidates (i.e. total 5954 candidates) were
declared qualified for appearing in Paper-II.
2. Further, vide revised results, 06 additional candidates were qualified in
PET/PST and 01 candidate was declared ‘Not qualified’ in PET/PST. Also, 02
candidates were allowed to appear in Paper-II on the basis of Court orders.
Therefore, a total of 5961 candidates were scheduled to appear in Paper-II. A
total of 5291 candidates appeared in this examination.
3. Normalisation of marks has not been done for this paper (i.e. Paper-II),
as the paper for all eligible candidates was conducted in a single shift only.
4. As per the provisions of Para-14.6 of the notice of examination, only
those candidates who scored more than the minimum qualifying marks for
Paper-II i.e. UR: 30% (60 marks), OBC/ EWS: 25% (50 marks and all other
categories: 20% (40 marks), have been considered for short-listing to appear
in Medical Examination.
5. The candidates who were declared qualified under various lists in
Paper-I of the examination, will subsequently be considered for selection in
final result of the examination under those respective lists only.
6. Representations received from the candidates regarding tentative
Answer Keys were carefully examined and answer keys were suitably
modified wherever required and finalized thereafter. The final answer keys
have been used for evaluation of performance of candidates in the
Examination.
7. Based upon the number of tentative vacancies and the number of
candidates appeared in Paper-II, the Commission has fixed a uniform ratio of
1:3 (vacancy : candidates) for qualifying candidates in Paper-II for appearing
in Medical Examination, wherever available

8. Based on the cut-off fixed by the Commission (Paper-I +Paper-II),
category wise details of candidates qualifying in Paper-II for appearing in
Medical Examination are as under:

9. For processing of this result, candidates belonging to Category Code –
‘4’ (i.e. OBC for Delhi only) have been considered under Category Code ‘6’
(i.e. OBC). However, the final result of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs
and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF Examination, 2019 would be processed
under the actual category of these candidates, which is to be provided through
Document Verification data.

10. Results of following 03 candidates have been kept withheld due to

11. Further, appointment of the last candidate to the post of Sub-Inspector
in Delhi Police under OBC category shall be subject to the final Order of the
Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in OA No.
2127/2020.
12. Schedule of Medical Examination will be intimated to the candidates in
due course. Candidates are advised to follow the websites of Regional Offices
of the Commission regarding issue of Admission Certificate for Medical
Examination.
13. Marks of the candidates will be placed on the Commission’s website in
due course.
