Job DescriptionRepresent Annapurna and the branch to customers and the local community. Identify potential area & customers, conduct regular meetings at the assigned area and form new SHG (Self Help Group) or JLG (Joint Liability Group). Ensure quality of loan application as per the loan policies and procedures of the organization. Prepare weekly plan for disbursement & Collection and submit the report it to the BM. Give proper orientation about loan tenure, fees, interest rate, instalments, collection rules etc of the organisation to each member at the time of disbursement. Follow recovery policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service and brand recognition. Maintaining the files, documents, and MIS on a regular basis.
